Elfperts Inc is known for our professional decorating with a family atmosphere. We must maintain our reputation. While on decorating locations Christmas music will be played throughout the entire workday and your fellow Elfperts may be heard singing along. Our elfperts are expected to treat their co-workers and clients with respect and a friendly attitude. A good attitude is more important to us than already knowing how to install Christmas decor.

Elfperts Inc main concern is for the safety of our employees and everyone we come in contact with. Due to the nature of our work it is imperative each and every employee, vendor, and contractor concerns themselves with keeping themselves and others safe. This is not just something we say, but enforce.

Elfperts Inc has a company culture of a fun working environment, demanding but fun. We will have fun and laugh as we are decorating, however, the decorating must be to the highest quality. As one employee put it so elequontly while talking to some new hires “Guys they are literally paying us to put up Christmas lights. So don’t complain and smile as you get to make money doing something none of us knew was even a real thing.”

Elfperts Inc has weekly pay, that is deposited into your bank account. All employees must fill out employment forms. We have no options or openings for “under the table” employees, so please don’t ask.
